2016 Texas Liberty Endorsements
General Election
· Morrow for President!
· Vote No on Austin Prop 1 Bond!
By
Robert Morrow, Candidate for President of the United States
512-306-1510
PRESIDENT:
ROBERT MORROW - I am the only “real” libertarian on the
ballot. I am a longtime Ron Paul supporter and am Pro-liberty, anti-war,
anti-tax, anti-death penalty and pro-boobyliciousness. I would honored to have
your vote! I am an official “write-in” candidate and I will be listed on the
computer screen along with all the other presidential candidates.
Congress
#10 - Bill Kelsey, the Libertarian. McCaul has endorsed Trump
and that is a really bad sign.
Congress
#17 - Clark Patterson, Libertarian. I have known Clark Patterson
for 20+ years and he is a great guy!
Congress
#21 - Mark Loewe, Libertarian. Mark us an extremely
intelligent man and a physicist. Good guy.
Congress
#25 - Loren Schneiderman, Libertarian. The head of the Travis
County Libertarian party and an excellent pick for Congress.
Congress
#35 - Rhett Smith, Libertarian
Railroad
Commissioner - Mark Miller, the Libertarian has received multiple
newspaper endorsements which is very rare for a Libertarian. He is an ace, vote
for him.
Texas
Supreme Court, Place 3- Kathie Glass, Libertarian. Her opponents
Debra Lehrmann was the judge who rubberstamped the raid on the FLDS when the
state confiscated the children of a whole community based on a crank phone
call.
Texas
Supreme Court, Place 5 - Tom Oxford, Libertarian
Texas
Supreme Court, Place 5 - Don Fulton, Libertarian
Judge
Criminal Court of Appeals, Place 2 - Mark Ash, Libertarin
Judge
Criminal Court of Appeals, Place 5 - William Bryan Strange, III,
Libertarian
Judge
Criminal Court of Appeals, Place 6 - Mark W. Bennett,
Libertarian
State
Board of Education, Place 5 - Ken Mercer, Republican.
Ken Mercer is a religious right guy, but he is also a big fan of deceased
economist Milton Friedman. This fiscal conservative deserves your support.
State
Board of Education, Place 10 - Tom Maynard, Republican
State
Senator, District 24 - Dawn Buckingham, Republican
State
Rep, District 46 - Kevin Ludlow, Libertarian. The Republican
Gabriel Nila has not rejected Trump and therefore is unworthy of your vote as
he begs Democrats to renounce Dawnna Dukes. Vote for Libertarian Kevin Ludlow.
State
Rep, District 47 - Scott McKinlay over incumbent Paul
Workman, who is a big toll road enthusiast.
State
Rep, District 48 - Ben Easton
State
Rep, District 49 - Rick Perkins, Republican
State
Rep, District 50 - Ceasar Ruiz, Republican
State
Rep, District 51 - Katija “Kat” Gruene, Green Party over incumbent
Democrat Eddie Rodriguez who I have always found to be a jackass. Rodriguez
failed the bar exam multiple times, too.
Justice,
3rd Court of Appeals - Melissa Goodwin,
Republican, who has been a long time friend of the Liberty community. Hopefully
Melissa will be on the Texas Supreme Court one day.
Travis
County District Attorney - Maura Phelan, Republican. I Phelan her
speak at Texans for Accountable Govt and I think she would be a sensible and
pro-liberty DA.
Travis
County Sheriff - Eric Guerra, Libertarian
Travis
County Tax Assessor - Steven Haskett, Libertarian. I
met the incumbent Bruce Elfant years ago and he is a good man.
Travis
County Commissioner - Precinct 1- Pat McCord, Republican.
Travis
County Commissioner - Precinct 3 - Gerald Daugherty - Folks
this is a big, big race and it will be very close. Republican Gerald Daugherty
is a great public servant and I encourage all liberty activists to support him
over the Democrat. Daugherty has always been nice to me.
Travis
County Constable, Precinct 2 - Deke Pierce, Republican.
Austin
Prop 1 Bond to spend $720,000,000- Vote NO!!! If
you live in Austin, this is your most important vote on the ballot. Prop 1
wants to take out road lanes, add bus and bike lanes downtown, screw people who
have cars and also RAISE YOUR TAXES to pay for all the additional bond debt.
This is an anti-car, taxing boondoggle, vote NO!!
Austin
City Council, District 2: Wesley Faulkner - Wesley supports
Uber and Lyft and his opponents are for over-regulating them. Definitely
Faulkner!!
Austin
City Council, District 4 - Gonzalo Camacho, who is a long time
liberty activist.
Austin
City Council, District 6 - Don Zimmerman, longtime taxpayer advocate
Austin
City Council, District 10 - Nicholas Virden, is the son of
Jennifer Virden, a longtime liberty activist. Nick started Students for Liberty
at Univ. of Texas.
Pflugarville,
TX Council Races and Propositions - These picks come from
liberty activist and ace lawyer David Rogers:
Pflugarville
Mayor: Brad Marshall
Pflugarville
City Council - Doug Weiss

Austin Community College Races:
ACC
Trustee Place 4: George Robinson - this guy does NOT want to
raise your taxes.
ACC
Trustee Place 5: Nicole Eversmann. She is voting libertarian
this year. Good pick.
ACC
Trustee Place 6: Douglas Gibbins. His opponent is a hack and
union-backed candidate who is just awful. She does not want her positions known
to public.
ACC
Trustee Place 9: Mitch Fuller. He is voting libertarian
this year which is good and Gerald Daugherty has endorsed him. Mitch is a
former Army captain and Cedar Park legislator.
